Designing a logo

I was tasked with designing a logo using either my initials or my whole name. At first I began with a spider diagram to generate ideas, trying to see what I can come up with, all of the design types taken into mind. Below is my though process.

Final Logo

Below is my final logo, I went with the crest type logo that used symmetry and shape. I used symmetry as I think it looks good especially with the A. Although, the G was not mirrored as I thought the aesthetics looked better that way, maybe integrating pattern also. I am pleased with it as it looks good because it is bold and works well with the letters. I tried to use as many techniques as possible. The theme I would associate my final design with would be a clothing brand. As it is a good fit for the type of style going around nowadays and would suit being a crest.
